Who is Dr. Marzano?
Dr. Robert Marzano is one of the most recognized and respected educators in the world today. Many joke that he is to education what John Elway is to Denver Broncos football.
For five decades, he has researched and written about what works in education. Dr. Marzano has developed strategies to help teachers go beyond traditional learning and achieve dramatic improvements by making all levels of education meaningful to students.

As a District Lab School of Innovation, Flynn leads in introducing and applying novel educational strategies, actively setting new trends in education. Our recognition as a "Performance School" by the state of Colorado underscores our high student growth rates. We employ a progress monitoring system, offering real-time academic performance data to families, and aim to exceed traditional growth benchmarks, targeting one and a half years of growth annually.
